is looking for an employee for the position of:
Export Manager
The person in this position will be responsible for
- defining sales plans and targets in accordance with the company’s strategy
- implementation of product and service sales plans (value proposition) in accordance with the company’s strategy
- co-creating a long-term strategy for export markets
Obligations
- active customer acquisition
- maintaining relationships and developing the product range with the current customer base
- market Analysis
- implementation of the company’s margin and sales policy
- implementation of the marketing strategy
- managing team of export specialists
- responsibility for the implementation of the budget in full scope of P&L
Necessary requirements
- knowledge of the EMEA medical device market,
- developed relationships at the EMEA level in the medical device industry.
- fluency in English
- knowledge of the German language will be an advantage
- minimum 2 years of experience in creating and implementing expansion strategies into foreign markets
- minimum 5 years of sales experience supported by references
- high personal culture
- very good organization of work
- place of residence – Silesia or Lesser Poland or Czech Republic
Other requirements
- possibility of frequent business trips (at least 30% of working time)
- experience in the field of Public Procurement Law is an advantage
- good knowledge of Ms Office ( Ms Excel )
- knowledge of the Power BI environment is an advantage
