The project will enable the implementation of corporate training for employees of BATIST Medical a.s. and its partners, based on an analysis of their training needs. The project primarily aims to develop the professional knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for high-quality performance at the employer and partner.

The project addresses the inadequate level of employees’ knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as the mismatch between employees’ qualification levels and the employer’s needs.
